Terms of Service:
1.) Invoices are emailed at the start of each month for the previous months service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We offer the ability to save your credit card on file for reoccurring billing.
2.) Prices are based on residential lot of approximately 1/2 acre or less. Properties larger than 1/2 acre may require an additional fee
(which you will be notified of beforehand).
3.) We reserve the right to refuse service and/or adjust pricing based on size and condition of yards. You will be notified if your yard does not meet standard pricing rates prior to service being performed.
4.) Homeowners are expected to keep their yards serviceable, grass should be kept to a reasonable height, and leaf debris kept to a minimum. Yards in less than serviceable condition (high grass, excess leaves) may still be serviced, however the 100% satisfaction guarantee may be reduced, as we can only be responsible for waste that can be visibly seen.
5.) If we arrive on your scheduled service day and are not able to access your yard (example: gate is locked and you are not home) or your yard is deemed unserviceable due to extreme overgrowth - you will still be billed for that attempted service day even though service was not able to be rendered.
6.) While we strive to prevent any canine disease transmission by thoroughly rinsing off and disinfecting rubber boots, and tools after each yard and at the end of the day. It is recommended that dog owners keep their dogs up to date on vaccinations, and utilize flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Dog owners who fail to take such preventative measures assume the risk of possible disease transmission.
7.) Love Dogs Not Poo, LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone service dates due to severe weather, such as dangerous and heavy rainstorms, snow, icy conditions, etc. We try to work rain or shine but are sometimes forced to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control. You will not be billed if services are cancelled by LDNP and unable to be rescheduled that week due to weather conditions.
8.) Love Dogs Not Poo, LLC will suspend services to your residence once a past due invoice reaches 7 days past due. A reminder email and text message are sent prior to 7 days. Once paid - services can be reinstated if time slots are still available.
9.) Love Dogs Not Poo, LLC will shut down for a week around the Christmas holiday, services will resume the following week. LDNP will also be closed, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Thanksgiving Day.
10.) All customers of Love Dogs Not Poo, LLC release/waive any and all claims of liability against Love Dogs Not Poo, LLC and its members and employees from any damages unless such damages are the result of gross negligence.
11.) Customers of Love Dogs Not Poo, LLC are required to notify the business of any increase or decrease of dogs in a household within one week of such changes.
12.) If an invoice is beyond 60 days past due, a late fee of $2.00 every month will be added to the past due invoice until the invoice is paid in full.
13.) If you are going on vacation during your service week and won't need your yard serviced that week, you may skip your service week without being charged as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in being charged for that week. You may notify us that you need to skip your service week via phone, text, or email anytime.
14.) Regarding "skipped" service days, we allow our customers to "skip" a service day and not be charged if they will be traveling out of town with their pets and don't want to be charged for "attempted service" when no waste is to be found. However, overuse of skipping service days may result in Love Dogs Not Poo, LLC being unable to continue providing you reoccurring service. We rely on our time slots being filled, and frequent skipping of service days affects us greatly! If you need to skip your service days frequently, we may ask that you schedule a one-time clean up once a month instead.
