.) Do I need to be home at the time of the service? No. As long as we are permitted to access your yard, we can service it accordingly. We will leave a note, letting you know your yard has been serviced that day and be certain to lock any gates.
.) How will you identify yourself? We arrive in a marked vehicle and our clothing displays the "Love Dogs Not Poo" logo when servicing yards.
.) How do I pay? Invoices are emailed at the start of each month for weekly or bi-weekly customers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Alternately, a check may also be mailed. We offer the ability to save your credit card on file for reoccurring billing.
.) Can my dogs be in the yard during the service? Yes, as long as your dogs are friendly and don't mind strangers.
.) Do you service by appointment times? We do not service by specific appointment times, but your service day will remain consistent. Our service route locations often change - due to this we will service your yard on an specified day, and will send a text message when we are "en route" so you can bring your dogs in if you would like.
.) Will you lock my gate/fence? Yes! The security and safety of your dog is of utmost importance. We lock gates/fences behind us when we enter and exit yards - and are sure to triple check before we leave. We even send a text message photo of your closed/locked gate (if applicable). We always assume your dog is in the yard, even if we know they are not. We know your dogs are important members of your family!
.) What do you do with the poop? We haul it away so you don't have to deal with it anymore! No more stinky trash bins or garages!
.) Do you clean your tools? Yes! Part of keeping your dog healthy is preventing the spread of any kind of infectious diseases between yards. We cover our main scooper with plastic, wear booties on our boots, and our scooper tools and boots are treated with KennelSol® after each yard. You can find more info on KennelSol® hereand here. We use 8oz of KennelSol® mixed in a gallon container to create a mixture that kills canine distemper and parvo. Additionally, our tools are also sterilized with a bleach mixture at the end of the day as an added precaution. 9.) What if I want to cancel my service plan? Simply email [email protected] and request service cancellation. We will respond with confirmation - no questions asked.
.) What if I'm going on vacation? If you provide at least 24 hours notice you can skip your scheduled service day and not be charged for that week. You can call/text/email us and let us know you will be on vacation and need to skip a week. However, if we are not notified that you are on vacation and service is attempted at your residence - you will be billed for attempted service - even if no waste was found.
.) Do you work rain or shine? Yes! We will scoop poop in the heat, in the rain, and even in the snow! However, for safety reasons, should severe weather occur, such as hurricanes, lightning storms, ice or snow storms or dangerous and unsafe driving conditions, we will let you know that your service day may be affected. We will offer you a choice to make up a missed service day - however if severe weather persists, your service week may need to be cancelled completely until conditions improve. In these cases, you will not be charged should Love Dogs Not Poo cancel due to severe weather.
.) How do you make sure my yard is poo free? We carefully walk over your entire yard. We check over all areas of your yard your dog has access too, including flower beds, gravel areas, etc. If you are ever not satisfied with the service you received one week, don't hesitate to call or text and let us know! We take great pride in doing a job well done, and if you are not happy, we will make it right!
.) Do you over a referral program? Yes! If you refer someone and they sign up, you get 1 free week of dog waste removal!
